Consulting Services

Done! is a consulting service designed to support your business by examining and

advising how improvements may be made, principally by intensive and rapid

team development.

 

Our Consulting Service is delivered during two visits to your business.

 

 

Phase One - 5 Life Changing Days

Phase One begins by us agreeing with you what the ground rules are for training and growth within your organization, followed by an explanation of how Done! will contribute to employee development. This workplan is discussed in a one-hour informal meeting with your senior team. Ideally this should take place on the day before we start our 5 Life Changing Days  Seminars.

 

Training Outstanding Trainers - Day 1, 2 & 3 -  These three days are essential for senior managers and for those who already have training responsibilities. Our sessions are not an 'out of the box' train-the-trainer programme. We work on leadership, employee values and the development of attendees' personal management abilities. We also introduce and explain "How to shoot movies". The significance of this is that once the 5 Life Changing Days Seminars are completed, the trainers will need to begin to make videos of their training sessions, which are then edited and uploaded into Done!

 

Day 4  is allocated to working through Mission, Vision and Values. There are some enjoyable exercises that get participants thinking, so that they are motivated to share what they perceive makes your business tick. We collate this information and develop it into your Mission, Vision and Values, which we then propose to you during Phase Two.

 

Day 5 is one of energetic activity. We commence by creating a Sequence of Service. Each Sequence of Service is a team effort that takes three hours to complete. After lunch we follow on with an active learning session on how to photograph your menu items, so that they may be uploaded to the Done! solution to produce an online manual that shows how to make the food and drinks that your business sells. The manual is in two parts which are called "Look & Cook" and "Shake & Make". We explain how to write down the methods and what to photograph so that the material will be uniform in format for kitchen, bar and service staff.

 

A valuable gift - After completion of this week we send you our "Management Training Seminars on-line". This will help you in the growth and development of your management team, excutives and owners.

 

 

Phase Two - Re-Igniting the Flame

The purpose of Phase Two is to re-focus and inspire the team to ensure a successful implementation. 

 

Day1 - is a full day of reviews. We look at what has been accomplished and ensure that the desired objectives are being achieved. We finalize the information that has to be uploaded into your Done! training solution to make it work. We have developed general purpose training material that our team can use to make good any shortfalls, to ensure that you can get online successfully, and on schedule. Customized materials will be developed to replace it later on. 

 

Day 2 Begins with a seminar on Change. This tends to be emotionally demanding because it guides people into creating their own personal goals and objectives, as well as providing them with fresh ideas that will help them in coming to terms with Change: Change both within themselves, and then within their working environment. The second half of day 2 is devoted to working through a new employee evaluation and review system that will definitely lead to an improvement in the relationships between managers and employees.

 

Day 3 This is a follow up from Phase One and is about becoming certified as a trainer. In order to obtain a certificate as a trainer, those who attended Phase One, Day 1 to 3, are required to demonstrate a live training session with a group of their employees. Upon successful completion of the session they will receive a "Trainer's Certificate".

 

Day 4 Strategy. We work together on the Mission, Vision and Values that we proposed from Phase 1, and then progress forward to create Strategic Projects under the headings of Finance, Customers, Internal Processes and Learning & Growth. The Strategic Projects are assigned to individuals who are designated as Project Managers. We provide on-going assistance to Project Managers to help them complete these assignments. 

 

At the end of the four days, the management team is ready for action and able to implement Done! as an integrated and intelligent part of the future of your business and of its success. 

 

Phase Three - Keep it Burning 

You call the shots. We are available to help you whenever you need us. 

 

As a result of having used our consulting services to create your training content, we provide a unique level of support. We are partners with you in ensuring that your solution does what you want it to do.

For those who would like to re-energise their team several months after the initial seminars, we provide what we call "Revival Day". Bringing them back together "keeps the fire burning", helping to maintain their new-found enthusiasm.
